This deep belief in the transformative power of education inspired us to found this tuition service. Over the past four years, we have dedicated ourselves to researching and developing a truly productive and responsive tuition framework. We explored various tuition practices across the UK and beyond, engaging with numerous parents to refine our ideas.
The result is a unique tuition framework that is efficient, responsive, and above all, supportive of young learners. Our tuition program is designed to complement school education by addressing students’ areas of difficulty in key subjects and providing opportunities to apply acquired knowledge in a focused environment, thereby developing essential skills and fostering lasting confidence. Himanshu Suyal, PhD
Dr. Himanshu Suyal is an accomplished educator with over 10 years of teaching experience and expertise in Mathematics and Physics. He was awarded his PhD in Physics from Heriot-Watt University in 2006 for his pioneering contribution to the design and manufacture of guided-wave optical interconnects and their integration into optical chips for advanced data communication in computer systems.
In addition, he is a qualified teacher, having obtained his teaching qualification from the University of Dundee, Scotland, in 2014. Beyond education, Dr. Suyal brings over a decade of professional experience in the UK financial sector, where he developed, implemented, and maintained quantitative analytics solutions to optimise commercial pricing decisions and maximise profitability.
Passionate about education, Dr. Suyal is dedicated to developing effective teaching strategies and techniques that build strong foundations in core subjects, helping young learners achieve both academic excellence and confidence in their studies.
Srikanth Lavu, PhD
Srikanth brings over several years of teaching experience gained over last two decades in the UK and India. He was awarded a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering in 2007 from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, for his research on improving the reliability of Micro Nano Technology (MNT) structures.
Beyond academia, Srikanth has worked as a Risk consultant, developing innovative solutions to help fintech clients enhance productivity, monitor and manage credit risk, and make informed strategic policy decisions. He currently serves as a Machine Learning Data Scientist consultant.
Srikanth is passionate about discovering new ways to engage young learners and takes great joy in teaching diverse topics. He also offers guidance on 'how to meditate' and is a regular practitioner of Sahaja Yoga.
At the VidyaDhi Academy, Srikanth involves in subject content design, teaching and ensures the adoption of effective tools and methods to create an interactive, dynamic, and supportive learning environment for every student.
Oliver Cutler MEd, PGDE
Olly is a GTCS qualified English teacher (PGDE, University of Edinburgh, 2013) and experienced Principal Teacher and education leader with over a decade of classroom experience across Scotland. Since 2013, he has taught English and Media at BGE, National 3/4/5, Higher and Advanced Higher levels, with a particular focus on students in SQA English qualifications, helping them achieve or exceed their target grades.
Since 2017, Olly has served as a Principal Teacher, leading inclusive practice, ASN, ESOL, and EAL support, managing multidisciplinary teams, and implementing data-driven interventions to improve literacy and attainment. He holds an MEd in Inclusive Practice (Open University, 2019) with a focus on improving writing outcomes and is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychoanalysis and Film Theory at Edinburgh Napier University.
Olly is also an active researcher and tutor in psychoanalysis, sociology, education, and film. In addition to his school leadership roles, he provides private and institutional English tuition, curriculum design consultancy, and mentorship, consistently supporting students to excel in SQA qualifications.
